Product Head – Home Loans

We seek a dynamic, results-driven leader to take ownership of the Home Loans portfolio and drive the next phase of business growth. This role offers the opportunity to shape Home Loans strategy, accelerate market expansion, enhance customer value, and deliver sustainable portfolio and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Home Loans portfolio growth, market penetration, revenue and profitability

• Develop and execute Home Loans product and business growth strategies

• Identify new market opportunities and strengthen customer acquisition initiatives for Home Loans

• Monitor portfolio performance and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives

• Enhance customer value proposition and improve the overall customer experience

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across Sales, Credit, Risk, Operations, Digital, Marketing and Finance

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, risk frameworks and governance standards

• Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams to achieve strategic objectives

• Champion innovation, digital adoption and continuous process improvement within the Home Loans business

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years of experience in a managerial or equivalent role, preferably with proven experience in product management, product development, lending or a similar function within the financial services sector

• Strong business development and portfolio growth capabilities, with exposure to Home Loans / housing finance

• Sound understanding of lending products, Home Loans and market dynamics

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
