Data Scientist

We are looking for an ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Data Scientist to turn data into actionable insights and build machine learning models that support business decisions. Who can work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop predictive models, and drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data
  • Develop and implement machine learning models
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns
  • Interpret data and present insights using dashboards and reports
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
  • Evaluate and improve model performance
  • Assist in deploying models into production
  • Document processes and maintain data pipelines

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics
  • Strong programming skills in Python or R
  • Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
  • Basic knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Good understanding of statistics, probability, and ML algorithms
  • Experience with SQL and databases
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib
  • Familiarity with Git and version control

Added Advantage

  • Experience with big data tools (Spark/PySpark)
  • Exposure to NLP or deep learning projects
  • Domain experience in finance, banking, or analytics
