We are a leading financial services organization seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as Head of Branch – Jaffna.

Position Overview

The Head of Branch will be responsible for managing overall branch operations, driving sales performance, ensuring profitability and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires strong leadership to guide branch staff, ensure regulatory compliance and support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development to achieve branch targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Lead, coach and develop branch staff to achieve high performance
• Manage branch financials, budgeting and reporting
• Oversee daily operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a senior executive or managerial role within the financial services sector
• Proven leadership, sales and customer service capabilities
• Sound knowledge of financial products, services and regulations
• Fluency in Sinhala, English & Tamil is compulsory
• Below 32 years of age
