Product Head – Money Exchange & Money Remittance
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth
- Drive national business development initiatives to increase market presence and transaction volumes
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships and corporate clients
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our network of partners and service locations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities
Operational & Compliance Support
- Support the daily operations of money exchange and remittance services
- Ensure strict adherence to AML, KYC and all relevant regulatory requirements
- Support staff training on compliance, customer service and operational standards
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide operational oversight when required
- Coordinate with Money Exchange and Money Remittance operational teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field (A Master’s degree is an added advantage)
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in business development, sales or management roles within money exchange, remittance, banking or financial services
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets
- Strong knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven and capable of working independently
- Leadership and team management experience will be an advantage
- Former bankers with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
