Project Lead – Digital Products

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end project planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting
  • Coordinate project activities between internal teams and external vendors
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation (project plans, timelines, requirement documents, minutes, status reports)
  • Track project milestones, risks, dependencies and deliverables
  • Facilitate project meetings, follow-ups and action tracking
  • Support requirement gathering and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Ensure timely escalation of delays, issues or resource constraints
  • Contribute to building standardized processes and tools for IT project governance
  • Work closely with stakeholders across IT and business units to ensure smooth execution
  • Support testing cycles (UAT coordination, issue logging and follow-up)

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management or related field
  • 1–3 years’ experience in project coordination or IT project support (fresh graduates with strong aptitude will be considered)
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, SDLC, and software delivery processes

Advantageous Skills

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.)
  • Experience in fintech or digital platform projects
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight timelines
